Forensic Truth-in-Lending Audit (With a Preliminary Audit) ----- $595
By ordering the Forensic TILA Audit, you will be presented with a detailed list of violations and where they appear in your mortgage documents. Your Audit can be a great way to Gain Leverage and Turn the Tables on your Lender by Forcing a Loan Modification or Settlement.
How do our audits differ from software driven audits? Software audits do not give the attorney or client a place to start, such as, the statutes and/or regulations violated or the commentary surrounding the statute violated. In some cases the case law is provided in our audits to explain the violation. Our audits also do a better job of listing calculations and how figures are derived. Required Document to Move Forward: Payment Instructions
